Traffic Design and Multimodal Solutions
Preparation and review of traffic engineering design elements, including roadway striping, signing, traffic signal plans, and multimodal facilities such as bicycle and pedestrian improvements, to support project delivery and implementation. Work is performed in accordance with ADA, Caltrans MUTCD (CA MUTCD), and applicable local and state standards and includes Complete Streets and corridor retrofit elements to enhance safety and accessibility for all users. Services include design coordination, constructability review, and construction-phase support, with plans developed using MicroStation, AutoCAD, and GuideSIGN to ensure operational intent is carried through to final implementation..

Traffic Studies and Modeling
Traffic and transportation studies and modeling to support planning, environmental review, and design decisions for public agency projects. Work includes operational and impact analyses such as Traffic Engineering Performance Assessments (TEPAs), Transportation Operations Analysis Reports (TOARs), and Transportation Impact Studies (TIS), coordinated with Caltrans and local agencies. Analyses incorporate Vehicle Miles Traveled (VMT) evaluation and draw on SCAG regional travel demand model outputs, TransCAD, and microsimulation tools including Synchro/SimTraffic, VISSIM, and Aimsun to support clear, data-driven decision-making.
